Subscriptions — Cancellation & Changes

No lock-in. You can manage, pause, skip or cancel your subscription any time before the next billing date using the Manage subscription link in your Nibblie emails, or by contacting support@nibblie.co.uk.

When changes apply

Edits and cancellations take effect from your next scheduled order. If a renewal has already been processed or shipped, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Billing & reminders

Your payment method is stored securely and charged at the frequency you selected. We’ll email order confirmations and updates. If a payment fails, we may pause the subscription and contact you.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days in line with our Returns & Refunds policy. For safety and hygiene, we can’t accept opened packs. If your dog doesn’t get on with a texture, email us—where appropriate we’ll suggest a better fit or arrange a simple swap.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
