Free shipping over £25. Orders usually dispatch the next working day. UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. Tracking is provided where available.
If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, email support@nibblie.co.uk with your order number and photos and we’ll help quickly.
Returns, swaps and refunds
We want small-dog treating to feel calm. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return window
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Unopened items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund.
- Opened packs can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. See the Little Taster Promise below.
Little Taster Promise (opened packs)
If your small dog doesn’t take to a texture or flavour, email support@nibblie.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note. We’ll suggest a better fit and, where appropriate, arrange a one-time swap or store credit for that item. You don’t need to send the opened pack back.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please tell us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will replace or refund and cover return shipping where needed.
Return shipping
- Faulty/incorrect items: We cover return costs or provide a pre-paid label.
- Change of mind: You can use your own carrier, or we can provide a label and deduct reasonable postage from the refund.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and checked, we refund to your original payment method. This is usually completed within 5 to 10 working days.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
