FAQ
Who is Nibblie for?

We love every dog, but we design with small and extra-small breeds in mind—tiny mouths, careful portions and calmer tummies.
How do I choose the right size and texture?

Think jaw size and chew style first. Our product pages show simple cues—how small the pieces are and what the chew feels like—so you can start small and build up with confidence.
Are your treats single-protein and grain-free?

Yes. The range is single-protein from clear, named meats or fish, and all treats are grain-free.
Do you use glycerin or anything artificial?

No. Nothing artificial (no colourings, flavourings or preservatives) and no glycerin or softeners to force a squish. We prefer natural textures that suit little mouths.
Are these suitable for puppies?

Often, yes—choose the smallest pieces, go slowly, supervise, and always offer fresh water. If you're unsure, ask your vet and check the guidance on the product page.
How many treats per day is sensible?

Treats should be a small part of the day—about 10% of daily calories is a good guide. Adjust your dog's main meal to match, especially for tiny dogs.
How do you choose what goes in?

We keep things simple: clear proteins, short ingredient lists and little-mouth-friendly textures. If a recipe needs glycerin, sticky binders or sweeteners to work, we leave it out. No faff, no filler, no fuss.
How should I store them?

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place. Reseal after opening and enjoy them fresh. Check the best-before date on pack.
What if my dog doesn't love a texture or flavour?

No stress—we'll make it right. Tell us your dog's size and chew style and we'll suggest a better fit; we can arrange a swap or a refund where appropriate. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for the simple steps.
Where are your products made?

Mostly UK, with select EU-made lines. For a small number of specialist items we use approved non-EU routes, all made to recognised UK/EU standards. Origin is shown on each product page.
Why don't you sell popular soft "sausage" or pâté-style treats?

We'll consider a soft format only when we can keep it genuinely simple—no glycerin, no sticky binders, no sweeteners—and still make sense for small dogs. Until then, we focus on clean recipes in naturally gentle cuts: tearable strips, tiny bites and light, satisfying crunch.
Do you offer plant-based treats?

Not at present. We'll list a plant-based option only when a recipe meets our standards—clean labels (no glycerin/binders), small-dog fit and natural texture. Until then, we keep the range focused on pure, single-protein choices.
