Easy swaps & simple refunds

We want small-dog treating to feel calm. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return window

30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns.

Eligibility

• Unopened items in original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund.
• Opened packs can’t be returned for hygiene and safety reasons; see our Little Taster Promise below.

Little Taster Promise (opened packs)

If your small dog doesn’t take to a texture or flavour, email support@nibblie.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note. We’ll suggest a better fit and, where appropriate, arrange a one-time swap or store credit for that item—no need to send the opened pack back. (Fair use: one per customer/household; excludes bulk/wholesale.)

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Tell us within 7 days with clear photos and your order number. We will replace or refund and cover return shipping where needed.

Return shipping

• Faulty/incorrect: We cover return costs or provide a pre-paid label.
• Change of mind: You can use your own carrier or we can provide a label and deduct reasonable postage from the refund.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and checked, we refund to your original payment method (usually 5–10 working days).

Non-returnable: gift cards and final-sale items.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
